Jory, age 10 from Great Falls wrote us to tell us about his first "jack fish." Keep at it, Jory! The picture below speaks for itself! Tight lines!

Timothy Welch, age 10, from Clandeboye, Manitoba Canada wrote to us and said, "I fish with my Grampa in the creek in front of his house. It goes into the Red River, where we catch lots of big channel catfish. I like to fish in the creek, too, where I catch perch and carp and pike and shiners and bullheads."

"I was fishing for bullheads last year with worms for bait and I almost lost my rod when this fish grabbed the hook. My Grampa had to catch me or else I would have gone swimming!"
