Imperial to Metric Conversion
Conversion Table
The
majority of the world is already on the metric system
and with the United States slowly converting, there
is confusion over the two systems, especially in the
American marketplace. Many tackle manufacturers use
the metric system and many label their products with
the traditional Imperial method. We decided to put
a few conversion tables together to help anglers find
their way around the tackle box much easier.
It can even be difficult distinguishing between brands
when tackle manufacturers don't standardize their product
labeling. In addition, some manufacturers use decimal
numbers for very small measurements, while others often
use fractions.
Instructions: Type a value into the
left hand column. Then click in the right hand column
to see the result.
